Due to our longstanding relationship with St. Catherine’s Village, we have become well-versed in age-sensitive language when it comes to describing elder care facilities. And, in all honestly, even with our history we sometimes have to give a second (or third or fourth) thought to whether or not the language we’re using is appropriate. It’s tough territory to navigate, and this is a great read on how to describe the “population above 65.”
