CDFL is proud to announce our involvement in two new projects right here in our own backyard. Under new ownership, Jackson shopping stalwart Highland Village is undergoing a major renovation and we are excited to be part of the next chapter in the retail center’s history. Working with structural engineer Laird + Smithers, Inc. we are providing new homes for Turkoyz Home and Turkoyz Jewelry, and Highland Village newcomer Red Square. CDFL is also providing landscape design services for Highland Village and is helping to make the center’s maze of stores more shopper friendly.

We are also pleased to share that we are continuing our work at St. Andrews Episcopal School. As part of a multi-pronged effort, CDFL will lead St. Andrews in the design of their new academic commons and athletic complex. The new structure, located at the Upper School, will provide much needed athletic space in addition to classrooms and student gathering spaces.

“It’s always wonderful to be trusted to carry out an organization’s vision through design,” said CDFL President Rob Farr, “but the opportunity to be part of a Jackson classic’s future and one of the city’s storied academic institutions is especially meaningful. We appreciate their trust and look forward to seeing the finished products.”
