Project Updates

Trustmark Meridian

This week we are wrapping up phase one of construction on Trustmark Meridian. The owner moved over Labor Day weekend and financial transactions will now operate out of the new banking lobby. We are wrapping up the exterior of the building, and moving on to phase two of the interior!

Affinity Healthcare

Last week in Monroe, framing was almost completed on the building’s exterior and windows were installed. Additionally, the exterior block and mortar colors were reviewed in a mock-up on site with the owner. And, while the dry weather has been great for construction, we have an awfully dusty site on our hands.

St. Andrew’s Upper School

St. Andrew’s Athletic Healthplex groundbreaking took place on September 18th! We are thrilled to see this project come to fruition and look forward to sharing more pictures and details as we get going on this exciting new endeavor.

Two Mississippi Museums

On July 30, bids for Phase 2 (Tenant Improvement) of the Mississippi Museums project were open at the Bureau of Buildings. Thrash Contractors turned in the low bid, and after the 24-hour grace period, were awarded the project. They will continue their work with the goal of opening for the state’s bicentennial celebration in December of 2017.
