Meet The Team: Tracy Hall
Each week we’ll introduce a member of the CDFL team, or as we like to think of ourselves, the “us” in the Power of Plus. This week we are proud to introduce Office Coordinator Tracy Hall.
What do you do at CDFL?
My official title at CDFL is Office Coordinator. I am the senior administrative assistant and I do a little bit of everything. I prepare specifications, assist with calendar scheduling and insurance, take care of general maintenance issues in the office, and perform various other administrative duties such as manning the front desk 2 days a week.
What is the best thing about working at CDFL?
The best thing about working at CDFL is the people I work with, both in and out of the office. I love meeting clients and enjoy helping them when they call or come into the building. I have worked at CDFL a long time, and only started meeting our clients when the rest of the administrative and I began filling in at the front desk. It’s always funny to me when a client asks, “are you new?”
What do you spend the most time doing outside of work?
I enjoy yard work (yes, I said I enjoy yard work!) and being outside in general. My husband and I enjoy riding bikes and hiking, even though it seems we only get to do that on vacation. I also love taking pictures and recently learned how to knit.
What’s the last movie you saw?
The last movie I saw was Maleficent with my niece. We saw the 3D version and really enjoyed it.
How long have you worked for CDFL?
I have worked at CDFL for 21 years.
What is your favorite lunch spot in the neighborhood?
I usually bring my lunch but when I don’t, I get out and walk to McDade’s, Quizno’s or Basil’s. It is so nice to be able to get out and walk somewhere, and having a grocery store right down the street is really convenient.
What’s your favorite TV show?
My favorite type of shows to watch are true crime/forensic shows. If one is on, I am either watching it or recording it. I am fascinated with the process of seeing simple things turn into usable clues that help determine how the accidents and crimes happen.
