CDFL partnered with the University of Mississippi Medical Center to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for a new campus expansion in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The plan established a long-term vision for a 36-acre site, beginning with the design of a medical clinic and office building in Phase 1 while accommodating future growth across the property.

Through detailed site analysis and close collaboration with UMMC’s team of doctors and administrators, CDFL created multiple site concepts that balance functionality, accessibility, and future flexibility. The selected plan set the foundation for an innovative healthcare campus designed to meet growing patient and community needs.

Following the completion of the Master Plan, CDFL was selected to provide full architecture and engineering design services for the Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building - projects that continue to advance UMMC’s mission of excellence in care and service.
