Trustmark Highland Colony Parkway

Trustmark’s Highland Colony Parkway branch location marks the beginning of a new direction in the relationship between the bank and its patrons. In addition to serving as the Madison County operations headquarters for the company, the branch bank takes a more informal approach to personal banking with the conversion of the teller line into smaller, more intimate teller stations. After successful integration into Memphis and Houston branches, Trustmark asked CDFL to introduce this innovative, customer-friendly design to the Jackson area.

Situated along Ridgeland’s fast-growing Highland Colony Parkway, the 22,062 square-foot building features an alternating pattern of pre-cast concrete panels in varying textures and a floor-to-ceiling glass ‘curtain wall’ system. The expanses of insulated windows provide abundant natural lighting, while a ‘low-emissivity’ coating protects against excessive heat gain. A terra cotta tile roof compliments high-end materials used elsewhere along the Parkway corridor.
