Trustmark Fondren

Trustmark’s new financial center in Fondren provides financial services to the community along with tenant space on the second floor. The design intent was to create a building that blends with the massing and scale of the historic Fondren district.

The center is divided into four zones each with a unique purpose. They include the banking center, the financial service area, with regional and wealth management services, tenant office space, and the community area. The financial center and banking operations are located on the ground level; street access is positioned on the corner at street-level allowing for access from the public right away. The ground level is raised from the street on a plinth for the events area. The event area also serves as the facility parking and was designed for outdoor activates and access to the ground level public lobby.
