CDFL is collaborating with Mississippi College representatives, along with local leaders and government officials, to develop the Rising Spring Master Plan - a transformative blueprint for a 54-acre, mixed-use development. The plan seeks to reimagine the physical and economic landscape near the private institution in Clinton, Mississippi, fostering growth and connectivity while enhancing the region’s appeal as a destination for students, residents, and visitors.

Strategically located along Interstate 20 and US Highway 80, Rising Spring is designed as a gateway to Clinton and the first accessible service location for hospitality along the eastbound I-20 corridor. The Master Plan outlines a phased development approach, beginning in 2025, with early-stage buildings anticipated for completion by 2026. Future phases are envisioned to build on this foundation, offering opportunities for continued growth and adaptability.
