We partnered with Puckett Machinery, the authorized Caterpillar equipment representative for Central and Southern Mississippi, to renovate and expand its Hattiesburg facility. Completed in October 2024, the single-phase project represents a $4.55 million investment and includes a total of 15,500 SF of renovated and expanded space. CDFL provided comprehensive professional services, including architecture, interior design, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and landscape architecture.

The project included the renovation of 9,000 SF of existing office and merchandise space, featuring updated training and conference rooms, reception, break areas, restrooms, and additional offices. A dedicated touchdown area was incorporated to support traveling sales personnel. Interior improvements focused on functionality and brand identity, including custom wall graphics, a feature accent wall, and fully coordinated furniture throughout the facility.

In addition, the project added 6,500 SF of new warehouse space to improve operational efficiency. The existing dock was enclosed and relocated, the warehouse footprint was expanded, and the will-call area was updated to better serve customers. Exterior enhancements included updates to the front façade along Highway 49, creating a refreshed and cohesive presence that reflects Puckett Machinery’s brand and operational needs.
