Hope Federal Credit Union selected CDFL to create a new full-service branch location in Jackson, MS. The facility was an adaptive reuse project, utilizing an existing building that was originally a fast food restaurant.

HOPE’s priorities for the design of this facility include:

• An inviting multi-purpose space and training spaces that reflects HOPE’s community-orientation as well as modern and technologically advanced customer service spaces confirm Hope’s position as a strong financial institution.

• Incorporating space and technology to prioritize and position HOPE staff as personal bankers and problem-solvers vs. transaction processers.

• Structuring adjacent meeting space that is publicly accessible and configurable for small & larger groups, workshops, seminars, community events, etc.

• Apply sustainable design practices to the new facility to support to Green Hope initiative. CDFL designed the new location with sustainability and environmental responsibility as one of the main design criteria.
