CDFL provided site analysis and master planning services for a property located at the corner of Main Street (MS-57) and Grand Avenue in Leakesville, Mississippi. The site, formerly occupied by an industrial-style building that has since been removed, was evaluated in detail to support future development.

The team analyzed existing topographic conditions, site features, and post-demolition data to fully understand the potential of the land. Conceptual site layouts were developed with a phased approach in mind, allowing for flexible growth over time. The proposed plan included new pavement and roadway configurations designed to support modular expansion and the development of future outparcels.
