Affinity Health Group

When Affinity Heath Group in Monroe, Louisiana began looking to expand their ambulatory clinical services, they purchased 7.89 acres immediately adjacent to their existing surgical center to create their medical campus. CDFL created a long range master plan that would meet the evolving needs of Affinity Health Group. To accomplish this, CDFL met with key members of the Affinity Heath Group team to evaluate potential growth, understand their constraints, and help set goals that would create successful and convenient services for their clients.

To accommodate future unknowns in the healthcare field, the campus design maximized land use and provided flexible phasing options. The campus will accommodate three 75k-100k square foot medical office buildings, a multi-level parking garage, and an expansion to the existing surgical center. An entrance court, data center, wellness center, and walking paths are also planned for the property. The first of three planned medical office buildings, a comprehensive facility that serves Affinity’s vertically integrated health services, has been completed.
